1. Trial Walk (Free)
Your first walk is free and involves no financial commitment. You may cancel or not attend without penalty.
2. Monthly Membership ($12 NZD)
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time with 7 days' written notice. No refund will be issued for partially used months.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for full unused months. Partial month refunds are not available.

3. Annual Membership ($120 NZD)
Cancellation Window
Annual memberships include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you cancel within 14 days, you receive a full refund.
Cancellation After 14 Days
Cancellations after 14 days are permitted with 30 days' notice, but no refund is issued. Your membership will cease at the end of your billing period.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Special Events & Workshops
Event-specific cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled event for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the event fee.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Educational guides and digital materials (once downloaded or accessed)
- Past group walks already attended
- Administrative or processing fees
- Memberships paused for more than 30 days
6. Pausing Your Membership
Rather than cancelling, you may pause your membership for up to 30 days at no additional charge. Pauses beyond 30 days will be treated as a cancellation.
7. Payment Methods & Disputes
We accept standard payment methods. If you dispute a charge, contact us immediately. Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction.
8. Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days. Processing time to your bank may vary.
9. Changes to Policy
Kneexpel reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
